Sir Halley Stewart Trust Outcomes and Impact Review (2020 to 2023)
We worked with the Trust to inform the production of a celebratory Centenary Publication (showcasing the achievements, outcomes and impacts of the Trust and Trust-funded projects over the last 100 years) and to develop a new, bespoke approach to monitoring and evaluation. We conducted:

– A retrospective review – to identify, map and present the main achievements of the Trust and past Trust-funded projects
– A prospective review – to trial and scale-up an approach to mapping and reviewing the outcomes and impacts of current and future Trust-funded projects. This work informed the embedding of a routine mechanism for outcome and impact review within the Trust’s systems.
